Patio doors lead from here to the garden and pool area. A fully equipped kitchen makes gourmet dining easy. This new home in the Comfortvilla program is the latest addition to our ever-growing collection of two bedroom villas and is perfect for a couple or small family.   With close proximity (walking distance) to the shops and restaurants of the old town of Pollensa, we think this villa is sure to be a favorite of our guests. Can Jaume is set in a beautiful garden with a large swimming pool. There are both open and covered terraces, the latter offering great places to eat and enjoy the outdoors, whilst taking in the surrounding mountain views.   From the driveway a path leads around the house to the garden and terrace. A door leads to the lounge with exposed beams and a door to the fully equipped kitchen/dining room. A door from this room leads to the terrace.   A corridor next to the living room provides access to the two bedrooms - a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. The two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower which is also accessible from this hallway.   Outside is a covered terrace, adjacent to the kitchen, with a built-in barbecue and outside dining area.

Roqueta is a sweet and welcoming cottage with private pool, located in a rural location and ideal for 2 to 3 people. Carefully renovated and furnished with period pieces, the villa is surrounded by extensive lawned gardens and spacious terraces offering unique opportunities for outdoor living.   A short driveway leads to the entrance of the property, resplendent with beautiful antique wooden doors, which in turn leads into the charming open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area.   The beautiful kitchen is both modern and fully equipped and comes with dishwasher, microwave and a completely separate pantry.
